First Memory of “Hitting the Wall”

At age 8, Will Wan’s first memory of “Hitting the Wall” while exercising was vivid. His grandfather (75 y/o at the time) took him on a hike up into the mountains of Taiwan. Will Wan’s legs felt like lead and his head felt like a balloon from the altitude. His grandfather carried him up the last 1/2 mile to the top. Right then, Will Wan’s curiosity about the human potential in movement was sparked.
